Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott (born June 16 1987) is an American actress and comedian who was a cast member on Saturday Night Live from 2008 until 2012 and has since appeared on the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the daughter of actor/comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was born in New York City, the oldest of two children. She is the daughter of Paula Niedert, a talent manager, and Chris Elliott (actor/comedian). Her grandfather was Bob Elliott (radio comedian). She is the younger sibling of the actress Bridey Elliott. They both were born in Wilton, Connecticut. She attended Immaculate High School Danbury, Connecticut where she performed in school plays and musicals. After finishing Immaculate High School in 2005, she attended Marymount Manhattan College in New York City but was unable to attend the first year of her studies .In the year 2010, Elliott dated fellow Saturday Night Live cast member Fred Armisen. The pair broke up in September 2011. On September 3 on the 3rd of September, 2016 Elliott tied the knot with Bill Kennedy, a television writer. Edith Pepper Kennedy is their daughter. Elliott was a student at The Groundlings, and then began performing and training for various sketch comedy shows at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB), Los Angeles.
